We have stayed here for 1 night and had a FINE experience. We liked rooms on the matress. Location: the hotel was close enough to public transport, shopping centers and the malls and other establishments. Quezon City district was worth staying in.

The location was very good.
Inefficient staff at the front desk. Very poor turn over of responsibilities of outgoing and incoming duty staff. The fridge in the room wasnt functioning and no action was done to resolve despite my complaint. The food wasnt good. The room was too narrow aggravated by huge furnitures insde it.

The hotel is very near major shopping and dining destinations - Trinoma Mall and sm North are just a few minutes walk away. It's location is also near bus stops as well as jeep and tax areas. The train station is also very near.
The hotel staff did not follow the booking price and blamed Booked.net for the 'error' in price. Had the manager not intervened and gave us a 'special' price, the staff would have charged us 150% of the booking price. The WIFI is also very poor - almost nil and the phone signal is bad inside the room. Nearby construction is also noisy and the lights go out every now and then.

The room Service was outstanding. Good food and very fast service. I choose this hotel for its location, due to it was only across the street from SM North.
I asked for a non smoking and received a smoking room it had 5 ash trays in it, the room had a musty smell, I asked for a blanket and never received one. The bed were beds that you would think to find in Hospitals or for child that wet the bed. I did not feel comfortable there.

The proximity of the hotel to the shopping centre
1. Window less hotel rooms-health hazard( high risk of respiratory diseases due to poor ventilation), depressing, feels like your in prison rather than enjoying your room.

Excellent staff, sheet is called blanket, blanket is called comforter charge extra fee, My room was 606 close to elevator quite noisy I booked suite 1, got suite 2, during my 5 days, they say suite 1 not available. They should indicate that prior to arrival. Good staff made up for it.

As for me, the location was good and strategic, right by Cubao as well as shopping mall...
The room seemed very small.
